My name is Nancy. Cats have been a huge part of my life; indeed, I cannot imagine life without them! Some of my earliest memories are of spending time in the barn with our 27 barncats, and the highlights of my childhood were the litters of new kittens. That's me, on the right in the snapshot above, reaching out for the tabby cat my sister is holding!
Since then, I have always had at least one cat companion, and currently my husband and I have the pleasure of sharing our lives with five (see their photos below!). From sweet, playful kittenhood to dignified, mellow old age and the inevitable health issues of geriatric cats, their care has been my highest priority.
I would like to offer that same level of care and commitment to you and your cats. My experience comes from caring for my own cats, working for a prominent Toronto cat sitting service, and grooming cats professionally.
I am fully insured and bonded, pet first aid and CPR certified, and am a member of All Canadian Pet Services Network and Pet Sitters International, two organizations dedicated to the highest standards of conduct for pet care professionals.
I look forward to meeting you and your feline family members, and providing the cat care that you expect and your cats deserve!
I'm Accredited!! I enrolled in Pet Sitters International Accreditation Course in the fall of 2007, and recently passed my final exam, achieving 96%! I'm thrilled with the results of my months of studying in this comprehensive course, and proud of the fact that the knowledge gained will enable me to be a better pet sitter.
