For 1-3 cats, each visit is 45 minutes long:

For 4 or more cats, each visit is 1 hour long:

Holiday surcharge: Services on statutory holidays incur a $10 surcharge. (New Year’s Day, Easter, Victoria Day, Canada Day, August civic holiday, Labour Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas and Boxing Day)

Additional charge for administering medications: $3/dose

Care of other small pets in the household, such as hamsters, rabbits, birds, snakes, etc.: ask for a quote

Courtesy services provided at no additional cost:

• taking out the garbage and recycling
• bringing in mail & newspapers
• rotating lights, curtains/blinds to give home a “lived in” look
• watering a reasonable number of houseplants
• home security check
• minor cat grooming - brushing, nail clipping, ear cleaning

Services available at additional charge:

• watering outdoor gardens - up to $10 (depending on size)
• cutting the grass $10 and up, depending on size of lawn
• pet supply pick-up $15 plus cost of supplies
• key return/pick-up $10
• full cat grooming, including clipping and/or bath $30-$60, depending on requirements and cooperation level of cat

Cancellation of scheduled service with less than 48 hours notice $25
