When I first hired Nancy to watch my two cats while I was out of town, I had never hired a cat sitter before, and I had no idea what to expect.

The first time I met Nancy I was immediately put at ease by her kindness, professionalism and thoroughness, and most importantly, the kitties were comfortable with her right away. One kitty has asthma, requiring two inhalers administered twice a day, and I was worried about a stranger being able to deliver his medicine, but Nancy's gentle demeanour enabled him to relax and take his puffers just as calmly as he does with me.

I have had only confidence and peace of mind the times I have left the boys in Nancy's care. I've recommended her to friends as the rare combination of a true professional and a genuinely nice person who loves her furry clients just as much as their families do. I can't imagine finding anyone better to care for my kitties than Nancy.

Nancy is, without a doubt, the most loving, caring and competent cat sitter we have ever used. Our elderly cat Emma suffered from diabetes and gastroenteritis and required twice daily blood testing, insulin injections and oral medication. Nancy administered all of these in a calm and sensitive manner and Emma clearly welcomed Nancy’s visits. Nancy’s extensive knowledge of cat behaviour and health made a huge difference in Emma’s life. During one vacation, when Emma stopped eating, Nancy researched a healthier food alternative and hand fed Emma until her appetite returned. Within a few weeks of switching to this new food, Emma no longer required insulin injections. Nancy was highly professional and kept us updated on Emma’s status via phone calls and written notes.
